Gimli

When Gimli is comfortable with his people and you have gained his trust, he is a sweet little love bug that loves to cuddle on the couch, play, give kisses, and gobble up some treats. If Gimli is properly introduced, he loves to make friends. However, he gets nervous when approached by people he doesn't know. With his foster's help he is has become an adventure dog! He'll even let his fosters carry him in a front pack so he can feel extra safe as he explores more of the world. Gimli sometimes wants his own space and to take a break from people or fur-siblings. He be a bit of a Chihuahua-gremlin stereotype. He is crate trained and will voluntarily separate himself until he's ready to investigate and participate. In a multi-person family, Gimli tends to bond with one person more than the other at first. With time and love, he accepts the rest of his crew and adores them. He prefers the company of adults and should go to an adult only home.
