Elvis's requirements for his ideal home:

  • Must be an only dog

  • Adult-only home

  • Fenced yard preferred

Elvis is a loving and affectionate dog. He enjoys getting pets and he feels like velvet. His mom and dad are able to bathe him but this good boy enjoys a spa day and does great with monthly grooming appointments - including nail and paw pad trimming and bathing! Elvis will need his ears cleaned 2-3 times a week as his self cleaning mechanism does not get the job done.

Like many Frenchies, Elvis has some allergies. Thankfully they are under control with allergy meds (Hydroxyzine and Zenrelia). If you put his meds into a pill pocket, Elvis will gobble them right up.

Elvis isn't a big talker, when he does express himself it is very cute. He may occasionally cry if he believes he cannot find you, he loves to be near his people. Elvis is kennel trained and does well in it when his foster parents run errands. This is a great skill for a dog with his background, he feels safe in his crate and sleeps in his crate overnight. While Elvis might not be a crooner, he does snore and occasionally grunt in his sleep.

If you recognize Elvis, it's not simply because he is out of this world cute. Elvis was adopted from Fawn's in January 2025. Before coming to Fawn's Elvis was a breeding stud who arrived in poor health. While his adoption initially went well, he and his new fur-sibling decided they both wanted to be only dogs. The family has worked with both dogs to mitigate this behavior. To ensure both dogs can live their best lives, Elvis is back with Fawn's looking for a new home.
