Sweetie is 8 years, 8 lbs, and a black Mini Poodle mix. She is spayed, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines and monthly preventatives. Sweetie is mostly blind, this doesn't seem to phase her or her enjoyment of life.

Sweetie lives up to her precious name. While she is shy at first, when she feels comfortable she makes herself right at home. She enjoys cozy beds and also likes to curl up on the back of the couch.

Sweetie learns her environment and then is able to find her way around very well. She enjoys having access to a yard and likes to sun herself. She is house trained to use potty pads.

Sweetie loves her people and is especially delighted when you give her head rubs. She adores being held

and gives sweet kisses - especially if you have tasty treats for her. Sweetie is good with older children, she has not been around younger kids. She likes other dogs but is more interested in her humans than other animals. Sweeties has not been cat tested, based on her personality, we feel as though she would do well with them.

Sweetie is from the January hoarding case. Her ideal home would have one or more patient humans, a home with older dog-savvy children would be fine. She does great with other dogs, she'd happily be an only dog. She needs a home with a securely fenced yard for her to enjoy.
